Why they buy it.

For UAE cloud kitchens and delivery-first chains who run several brands on the aggregator apps but only learn their food cost at month end, the F&B app is a kitchen operations system that puts every channel on one kitchen screen and shows theoretical against actual food cost per item and kitchen from daily counts. Unlike a tablet per aggregator and Excel recipes, it also imports each aggregator's payout statement and matches it to your orders, so commissions, refunds and unmatched amounts are listed line by line.

The job, the pain, the gain.

What the people who run these businesses are trying to get done, what goes wrong today, and what changes.

The job

  • Get every order out on time during the rush, whatever channel it came from
  • Know the margin per brand and channel after commission
  • Keep food cost and wastage under control in every kitchen
  • Be ready to show checklists and temperature logs when the inspector comes

The pain

  • One tablet per aggregator on the pass. Orders are re-keyed, or never recorded at all.
  • Food cost is known only at month end, from Excel recipes and irregular counts.
  • Payout statements arrive net of commissions, promotions and refunds, and nobody checks them line by line.

The gain

  • One screen on the pass
Aggregator, phone, walk-in and direct orders on one kitchen display, split by station, with prep targets and late-order alerts.
  • Food cost you can act on
Recipes and sub-recipes, stock counts, wastage with reasons, and theoretical against actual food cost per item and kitchen.
  • Payouts checked
Import each aggregator's statement, match it to your orders, and see commissions, promotions, refunds and unmatched amounts.

What makes it different.

Against One tablet per aggregator, recipes in Excel and payouts checked by hand, if at all, and against a generic suite with a module bolted on.

Built for many brands in one kitchen

Several virtual brands share one kitchen, each with its own menu, prices and commission per channel, and its own branded ordering site.

Payout statements matched to orders

Each aggregator's statement is imported and matched line by line, so deductions and missing amounts show up instead of being taken on trust.

Works with or without middleware

Aggregator orders come in through your own Deliverect subscription, or are entered on a quick-entry screen in seconds. No direct aggregator link is needed to start.

A day with it.

08:00, the area manager's morning. As our demo tells it; the company and its data are fictional.

  1. The area manager logs in and sees what needs action: items below par in two kitchens, a central kitchen batch expiring tomorrow, and opening checklists done or late.

  2. At the lunch rush, the kitchen display shows orders from three aggregators and the direct site, split by station, with timers. A late ticket is highlighted.

  3. A customer orders on a brand's own site with a promo code and pays online. The order lands on the same screen and goes out with the outlet's own rider.

  4. In the afternoon the storekeeper counts key items, and the kitchen manager approves the variance. The food cost report shows which kitchen is over, and the items behind it.

  5. The accountant imports this week's payout statement. Unmatched amounts are highlighted, with commissions and promotions per order.

Inside the app.

Who it is for.

Cloud-kitchen operators running several virtual brands, and local F&B chains whose business is mostly delivery, pickup and counter takeaway, often with a central kitchen.

Not for:

  • Dine-in-led restaurants that need tables, split bills or reservations
  • Chains that must keep another POS as the source of their sales
  • Single cafés or one-brand kitchens with low volume

Also included.

  • A branded ordering site per brand, with pickup, delivery, phone login, online payment and promo codes
  • Delivery of direct orders by your own riders, with proof of delivery and cash handover
  • Prices per channel
  • Central kitchen batches with labels, allergens and expiry
  • Purchase orders and receiving with temperature checks
  • Food safety checklists and temperature logs
  • Health card and PIC certificate expiry
  • Counter takeaway with daily closing, and several legal entities with their own TRNs

What people ask.

  1. We already use Deliverect.

Good: we integrate with it, under your own subscription. Orders flow in automatically and menu changes are pushed out. Without middleware, orders are entered on a quick-entry screen in seconds.

  2. We already have a POS.

Keep it if it runs your dine-in. Importing sales from another POS is on the roadmap, so today food cost needs the orders in our system. If your sales must stay in your POS, we are probably not for you yet.

  3. We have dine-in restaurants too.

Dine-in (tables, split bills, service charge, reservations) is on the roadmap and will use the same orders and kitchen display. Today we cover delivery, pickup and counter takeaway.

  4. Will it help with inspections?

Opening and closing checklists, temperature logs with alerts, receiving checks, batch labels, and health card and PIC certificate expiry are kept per outlet and ready to show. It does not submit anything to FoodWatch.
