Why they buy it.

For UAE aesthetics, dental, physiotherapy and wellness clinics with 1 to 5 branches who lose revenue to no-shows, untracked packages and denied claims, the Clinics app is a business system that runs next to the EMR and lets patients book themselves, tracks every package to the session and turns each denied claim line into a task with its resubmission deadline. Unlike phone bookings, Excel sheets and insurer portals, it keeps bookings, packages, front-desk billing and claim follow-up in one system under the clinic's brand, hosted in the UAE, while clinical records stay in the EMR.

The job, the pain, the gain.

What the people who run these businesses are trying to get done, what goes wrong today, and what changes.

The job

  • Keep every practitioner's day full, and fill the gap when a patient cancels
  • Sell packages and know how many sessions each patient has left
  • Collect the right copay at the desk and get insurers to pay what they owe
  • Keep practitioner licences valid so nobody treats on an expired one

The pain

  • Bookings come by phone and WhatsApp, and no-shows leave gaps nobody fills.
  • Packages live in Excel. Nobody knows the sessions left, or the unused value on the books.
  • Denied claim lines come back on the remittance and are found weeks later, if at all.

The gain

  • Patients book themselves
Online booking that respects each practitioner's roster, SMS, WhatsApp and email reminders, and freed slots offered to the waiting list.
  • Packages to the session
Sold, used per visit, reminded before expiry, and reported as a liability.
  • Denials followed up
Claims prepared from charge capture, remittances reconciled per line, and each denial a task with its resubmission deadline.

What makes it different.

Against Phone and WhatsApp bookings, Excel for packages and insurer portals for claims, next to the EMR, and against a generic suite with a module bolted on.

Next to your EMR, not instead of it

The app covers the business side of the clinic: bookings, packages, billing and claims. Clinical records stay in your licensed EMR, and charges are picked from your coded service list.

Claims tracked to the money

Payer contracts set the tariff and the patient share at the desk. Remittances are reconciled per line, and every denial has an owner and a resubmission deadline.

Licences that guard the calendar

Each practitioner's licence is on file. The clinic is warned before it expires, and bookings are blocked once it has.

A day with it.

08:00, the clinic manager's morning. As our demo tells it; the company and its data are fictional.

  1. The dashboard shows today's schedule, a dentist's licence expiring soon, packages expiring this week and denied claims waiting to be resubmitted.

  2. A patient books online, picks a dentist and a free slot, and gets a reminder before the visit.

  3. At reception, the eligibility result is recorded, a consent form is signed on a tablet, and the copay is worked out from the payer contract and collected.

  4. A patient cancels. The slot is offered to the next patient on the waiting list, who accepts it.

  5. The insurance coordinator prepares a claim batch from the day's charges, then corrects a denied line and resubmits it.

Inside the app.

Who it is for.

  • Clinics looking for an EMR: clinical notes, prescriptions and results stay in yours
  • Hospitals and large polyclinics that want one all-in-one product
  • Clinics that need e-prescribing or pharmacy dispensing

Also included.

  • Patients with guardians, consents, Emirates ID and insurance cards
  • Payer contracts with tariffs and copay rules
  • Eligibility and prior authorisation tracking
  • Receipts and tax invoices with VAT per service, and online payment
  • Optional booking deposits
  • Recalls, complaints and patient feedback
  • A patient portal
  • Consumables with lots and expiry

What people ask.

  1. We already have an EMR.

Keep it for clinical records. We cover bookings, packages, front-desk billing and claim follow-up. Charges are picked from your coded service list or imported from the EMR by CSV. EMR integration is on the roadmap. If your EMR already does all of this well, we are probably not for you.

  2. Does it submit claims to eClaimLink or Shafafiya?

Not directly yet. Claims are prepared and checked in the system, sent through your existing channel, and their status, remittances and denials are tracked. Integrated submission is on the roadmap.

  3. Where is patient data, and who sees it?

It is hosted in the UAE. Access is by role and branch, reception sees no visit reasons or codes, every view is logged, and patient data is kept for 25 years. For Abu Dhabi clinics we go through your ADHICS requirements with you. We do not claim a certification.

  4. We sell memberships.

Prepaid packages are included. Recurring memberships are on the roadmap.
