The job
- Fill a client's request for workers quickly, with people whose papers are in order
- Bill every hour a worker spends on a client site
- Pay workers correctly through WPS by the due date
- Keep every visa, Emirates ID and insurance valid
From approved hours to invoice and WPS, without the spreadsheets. Visas, deployments, timesheets, invoices and payroll for UAE manpower agencies, in one system with your brand, hosted in the UAE.
For UAE manpower agencies with 100 to 3,000 deployed workers who track visas in Excel, collect timesheet approvals by email and build invoices and the WPS file by hand, the Manpower app is a branded system for deployments, billing and payroll that turns client-approved hours into the invoice and the WPS salary file. Unlike spreadsheets and HR or payroll tools that do not bill clients, it drafts the invoice from your rate card and runs payroll from the same approved hours, and it flags a payroll that is not paid before the WPS due date.
What the people who run these businesses are trying to get done, what goes wrong today, and what changes.
Against Excel, email approvals and paper sign-in sheets, and against a generic suite with a module bolted on.
The hours a client approves draft the invoice from the rate card and feed the payroll run. HR and payroll tools stop at the salary; spreadsheets need the hours typed twice.
A client approver sees only their own workers and approves the week's timesheets in the portal or from an emailed link. A signed paper sheet can still be uploaded and attached.
Margin is reported per client, deployment and worker, with visa and insurance costs spread over the term, next to utilisation and the bench.
Monday 08:30, the account manager logs in. As our demo tells it; the company and its data are fictional.
The dashboard shows what needs action: timesheets a client has not approved, a site where no one checked in, a payroll run waiting for second approval, and visas expiring within 60 days.
A client asks for 10 cleaners in its portal. The account manager deploys them from the bench. One is blocked because their Emirates ID expires within 30 days of the start date.
Workers check in on their phones inside the site's geofence. The supervisor marks a worker without a phone.
The client approves the week's timesheets in the portal. The invoice is drafted from the rate card, with overtime and the Friday multiplier, and issued with VAT by the right legal entity.
Payroll for each entity uses the same approved hours. A second user approves it and the WPS file is generated, while the PRO's screen shows renewal cases already open.

Mid-sized UAE agencies licensed by MoHRE for temporary employment and outsourcing. They employ and sponsor workers in cleaning, security, hospitality, labour, driving or IT, deploy them to client sites and bill by the hour, day or month.
Not for:
Our clients sign paper timesheets.
That works. Staff upload the signed sheet and mark the timesheet approved with the file attached. Clients who prefer it approve in the portal or from an emailed link, without a full login.
Our workers have no email.
Workers sign in to the worker app with their mobile number and an SMS code. A supervisor checks in workers without a phone.
Does it pay salaries?
It generates the WPS salary file per legal entity for your bank or exchange house to upload, and publishes payslips once payment is confirmed. It flags a payroll that is not paid before the due date and on days 2 and 5.
We use Tally or Zoho for accounts.
Keep it for the books. We cover workers, deployments, billing, payroll and receivables, and give your accountant a VAT summary per entity. Accounting export is on the roadmap.
