Why they buy it.

For UAE training and tutoring centres with 150 to 3,000 active students who take enquiries on WhatsApp, mark attendance on paper and chase fees in a notebook, the Training app is a branded system for admissions, classes and fees that takes each student from enquiry to certificate in one place. Unlike WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets, it uses a package credit as soon as a tutor marks attendance, shows parents that attendance in their portal the same day, retries failed card payments, and issues certificates anyone can verify from a QR code.

The job, the pain, the gain.

What the people who run these businesses are trying to get done, what goes wrong today, and what changes.

The job

  • Turn every enquiry into a trial class and an enrolment
  • Know how many sessions each student has left
  • Collect fees, instalments and memberships on time
  • Show parents what their child attended and achieved

The pain

  • Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and Instagram. Some get a trial class, some get forgotten.
  • Attendance is on paper, so nobody knows how many sessions are left in a package until a parent asks.
  • Fees are chased by hand, with instalments, failed card payments and refunds in a notebook.

The gain

  • Every enquiry followed up
Leads, trial classes and placement tests, then enrolment with discounts, e-signed terms and guardian consent.
  • Parents see it the same day
Tutors mark attendance on a phone, package credits are used, and parents see attendance and results in the portal, with WhatsApp updates.
  • Fees that collect themselves
Instalments and monthly memberships charged by card, failed payments retried, online payment links, and refunds calculated from your policy.

What makes it different.

Against WhatsApp threads, paper registers and spreadsheets, and against a generic suite with a module bolted on.

Attendance that counts packages

When a tutor marks attendance, a credit is used from the student's package or membership. Make-ups and transfers are handled in the same record, so the balance is always current.

Refunds and fees follow your policy

Refunds are calculated from your tiered refund policy, and failed membership payments are retried with the guardian notified. A spreadsheet leaves both to the accountant's memory.

Certificates anyone can verify

Certificates carry a QR code that opens a public verification page. A regulator approval appears only when it is recorded for that course.

A day with it.

09:00, the centre manager opens the dashboard. As our demo tells it; the company and its data are fictional.

  1. The dashboard shows leads with no follow-up for a week, a batch below minimum size, a tutor permit expiring, failed membership payments in retry, and packages expiring with credits left.

  2. A parent's enquiry is recorded as a lead. The counsellor books a trial class from the desk and a reminder goes out. After the trial the tutor enters the level and the system suggests a batch.

  3. The child is enrolled with a sibling discount. Terms, refund policy and guardian consent are signed electronically, and the first payment is taken by an online link.

  4. The tutor marks attendance on a phone and a package credit is used. The parent sees it in the portal the same day.

  5. An adult student completes a course and receives a certificate, verified from its QR code. Back on the dashboard, the manager checks batch fill rates, lead conversion and revenue per course.

Inside the app.

Who it is for.

Licensed training institutes and tutoring centres in the UAE (KHDA in Dubai, ACTVET in Abu Dhabi, SPEA in Sharjah). They sell courses, session packages and monthly memberships for certification, languages, IT skills, test preparation and school tutoring, often to children through their parents.

Not for:

  • Centres that want a full learning platform: course content, quizzes and video hosting
  • Online-only course businesses that need video meetings created automatically
  • Firms that only train company staff and need quotations and a corporate client portal
  • Individual private tutors working alone

Also included.

  • Courses with regulator approvals recorded
  • Batches with tutor and room allocation
  • Sessions generated around public holidays
  • Make-ups and transfers
  • Materials, assessments and gradebook
  • Freelance tutor bills from sessions taught
  • Tutor permit expiry reminders
  • Dashboards and migration from Excel

What people ask.

  1. WhatsApp and Google Sheets work for us.

They work until the person who knows the sheet is away. They cannot use a package credit when attendance is marked, retry a failed card payment or issue a certificate anyone can verify. Your sheets become the migration input.

  2. Can parents book trials online?

Online self-booking is on the roadmap. Today the counsellor books trials from the desk, and reminders go out automatically.

  3. Will the certificate say KHDA approved?

Only if you record the approval or attestation for that course. The system never prints an approval the course does not have.

  4. Most of our students are children. Is their data safe?

Each centre has its own deployment, hosted in the UAE. Guardian consent is recorded for data and photos, tutors do not see minors' contact details, and every action is logged.
